Khiem Janette and Ben
“What do you mean by he’s stuck?” Janette asked confused about what she had just heard.
“What I Mean by he’s stuck is that……could you shut up please. I’m trying to talk to her”
(Meanwhile in Dylan’s head...)
“Dylan, Dylan, Dylan. I can change minds.”
Dylan looked around the room “What the?”
“Dylan it’s me Ben in your head.”
“What the hell are you doing in my head?”
Derek, Henry and Allison
Henry halted and breathed out loudly “are we going to let him see her?”
Allison pressed the button for the elevator and the turned back to Henry “I made a promise and it would be rude not to keep it.” The elevator door opened and they walked in.
Win and Tommy
“OMG Fong. I haven’t seen you in a long time” Fong moved to hug Win. As the girls parted both girls gave a warm smile. Fong took a deep breath in and started speaking
“So are you free today?”
“HEY FONG! Where are you going?” Win asks, grabbing her shoulder.
“I have to go. Sorry” Fong replies, shrugging the hand of her shoulder and walks off, reaching for her phone as she exits the shop
“Hey that girl. I think I saw her face in one of the files.” Tommy said, “come on, Allison’s waiting.”
“Ok, let me change back.” She walks into the fitting room, thinking about Fong’s irrational behaviour.
“What’s up Praful?” she replied, noticing the two women, one at the entrance door, the other walking around with the bowl of complementary m&m’s.
“I’m looking for someone, my friends. They came here earlier.” About to look in her files a voice interrupts her
“Found them.” They turn around, Aida standing by a door; Dylan’s head poking out the doorframe.
“Great, coming Darcy?” Praful asked. A few seconds passed before Darcy responded.
“Nah I’ll stay out here for a while” walking to the seat in the lobby she picked up a newspaper and started to read.
“Suit yourself, Bye Elle.” Praful said winking before walking towards Dylan and Aida, Dylan boiling at the face quite literally.
“Sheesh Dylan, you didn’t really think you had a chance with her did you?” Aida said mockingly, punching him in the arm before walking in the room. Dylan stood in the corridor for a while before responding, ”Shut up!”
“I don’t want to be an agent. I just want to see her. Please Allison!” he fell to his knees, sobbing quietly. Allison walked to the table, picked up a newspaper and rolled it up. With one quick movement she smacked him across the head harshly.
“Be a man! She’s on her way now but I warn you she’s not going to be happy.”
“That’s all good, but Bens not with me” Khiem replied, pointing at Dylan “He’s there.”
“Now all we have to do is get him to his body, without being seen. But how?” One by one everyone turned his or her head to face Aida.
“What?” she said
“Oh, it’s payback time Aida.” Dylan said with a grin.
“Why don’t you go find Henry, he might need you. Win stay here.” As Tommy left, Win looked up at the mysterious man then spoke
“I know you from somewhere. Don’t I?”
“I…don’t know how to say this.” Derek spoke. He had lived this scene over and over in his head but now that it was happening, it was difficult to say it.
“I killed your parents”
Win stared at him in silence then suddenly tackled him onto the floor, conjuring a revolver. “YOU!” she placed the gun at his head. “YOU BASTARD!”
“No and I don’t plan to” replied Ben.
“Well you have no choice, Come on it will be fun.” Dylan looked at Aida who poked her tongue at him before shifting into a pigeon.
Bens spirit went into Aida’s body, Dylan cheering when he realised he was free.
“The bodies on level 5.” Praful said just before the pigeon took a step of the windowsill, free falling to the ground.
“UP! GO UP!” Ben screaming, Aida laughing as they flew the company.
“Don’t do it Win, you will regret it” she took the gun from Win and waited.
“No, I’ll enjoy it, Trust me.” She replied through her teeth, attempting to conjure another weapon but instead she created a candy bar, ”Stop it Allison!”
“Let me take care of it.” She stared at Win until she got up and moved away, Derek turned to Allison “Allison let her kill me!”
“No” said Allison coldly, placing the revolver to his head again, “it’s my job to protect and avenge my agents, and you killed two of my finest agents. For that you will pay.” Pulling the trigger without hesitation, Derek’s life slipped away from him and he lay there on the floor dead, Win stared at Allison, horror struck.
“I cant, oh no something’s wrong with me!” he panicked, repeatedly trying to enter his body with no luck.
“Argh, fine lets go see Allison. She’s the genious round here.”
“It’s no use Aida. He’s dead” Allison spoke, throwing the gun on the ground.
“You did this?” she asked. “Wow!”
Suddenly the body came back to life, Allison grabbing the gun again but Aida blocked her. “NO!” she shouted, “Its Ben.” Surely enough, Derek (or maybe we should call him Ben) started dancing, ”Yep. Its good to have my own body again. “Allison and Win stared in shock while Aida ran out of the building.
“SHE DID WHAT!” Praful shouted, the others immediately turning around, puzzled looks on their faces”
“---------------------“
“I am calm! Fine see you soon” Praful snapped his phone shut roughly.
“What did Aida do know?” Dylan asked with a smile.
“Aida didn’t do anything. Allison’s the problem!” Praful shouted, throwing the phone at the wall, narrowly missing Janette. Khiem swiftly pushed him onto the wall, summoning a knife.
“I don’t care what Allison did. You NEVER attack Janette. Got that?” Khiem threatened him, and then hugged Janette. Suddenly something flew into the window landing on the chair, Aida.
“Did you tell them Praful?” she asked, Praful ignoring her and simply walked to the window.
“Ok then. Basically Allison killed Derek and now Ben is in his body.”
“WHAT!” Dylan jumped up from the chair “Allison?”
There was silence. No one dared to speak. Could it be true? Could Allison really kill someone? Praful finally spoke “There goes Darcy, running away from the motel. Great! Why is everyone leaving?” The others ran to the window and surely Darcy was a small ant-like figure running in the distance.
“Good riddance” whispered Aida.
“WHAT!” Henry shouted. Suddenly he realised he wasn’t alone.
“Was that a black hole?” a familiar voice asked, Tommy.
